The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with the Supervisors, Managers, and the Sr. Customer Service Manager. This position predominantly carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:  handles all aspects of customer communication, the product inspection process, and quality assurance of products returning to inventory.

This is a full-time position with predominantly daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Closes out over 90-day authorizations
  • Submits refunds/store credits
  • Assists Government Sales team with inspection of items sent back from agencies
  • Assists in the inspection of problem products in the DC
  • Other duties, as assigned, within the Primary Arms Team
