Firearms Product Inspector

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with the Supervisors, Managers, and the Sr. Customer Service Manager. This position predominantly carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: handles all aspects of customer communication, the product inspection process, and quality assurance of products returning to inventory.

This is a full-time position with predominantly daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties

Closes out over 90-day authorizations
Submits refunds/store credits
Assists Government Sales team with inspection of items sent back from agencies
Assists in the inspection of problem products in the DC
Other duties, as assigned, within the Primary Arms Team
