Job Overview
The International Sales Account Manager manages and supports Primary Arms Optics' international customer accounts. Working closely with the Senior Manager of International Sales, this role will help drive account growth, optimize sales performance, and ensure efficient operations across international markets. Key responsibilities include account management, pricing strategy, marketing initiatives, order processing, sales analysis, and inventory management assessments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced international business environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage and develop international customer accounts, ensuring strong and lasting  client relationships.
  • Oversee communication with international partners and distributors to maintain seamless account management.
  • Administer international price lists, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate on the creation and execution of tailored marketing initiatives for international markets.
  • Develop and implement point-of-purchase programs that support international customers.
  • Process international orders and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate product line reviews, compiling data and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales performance and sell-through data to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in reviewing international inventory levels and contribute to demand forecasting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—logistics, finance, and marketing—to streamline international operations.
  • Assess international sales trends and develop targeted pricing strategies to strengthen the brand’s global presence.
  • Maintain detailed records of international sales transactions and customer communications.
  • Provide sales reports and analytics to senior management as requested.
  • Ability to work across different time zones as needed.
  • Occasional international and domestic travel (up to 5%).
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, marketing, or international business is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and performance data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and international customers.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of international business practices and cultural sensitivity is an advantage.
